  3. Some research has found that this phobia is widespread among young people.

  4. Universities can help address nomophobia by providing awareness campaigns, counseling services, and presenting strategies to reduce and manage dependence on mobile devices.

  5. Social interaction anxiety may be a significant predictor of developing nomophobia.
